John Conrad is an architecture student at Cornell AAP, whose work focuses on the use of space, light, and materials while utilizing novel construction methods such as 3d printing, robotic arms, scrap resources, and CLT. John’s method of design involves the use of model-making, finishing every project with a perspective section and detailed scale model. Currently, John is a teaching assistant at Georgetown University through the NSLC program, teaching a studio section while giving lectures on model making.
